Significance of a garage at 1409 Lombard Avenue

Here’s a 289 engine for sale with date code December 14, 1964. Price is $150. I saw this on Facebook marketplace today and the guy responded with a picture of the date code. This stock motor with two bolt main was on Facebook marketplace in Staten Island on April 9th. Jimmy Bellezza was the guy asking $1600. He removed the running engine to swap for a LS. You can see the numbers on the block.

This was listed late last night in Philadelphia with comments that they know nothing about it other than it’s in this crate and it looks like it’s been there for a long time.
